Description

This is a test page from my book. I'm pretty set on the colours I want to use, but I'm still trying to figure out how detailed I want to go. I quite like how this has turned out, but I think I need to clarify some areas more and I definitely need to rework the poses of the characters. I liked the idea of Liffey being stretched out the way animals used to be painted, but now I think it looks a bit silly!

I'd love to know what you think - comments, criticisms, suggestions are all much appreciated.

My two cents: the detail level looks pretty good to me. Poses: (Liffey is red, Twoey is black, yes?) the stretched look with the ears back conveys a joyful feel, like she's romping; and Twoey has a more concerned look which matches the text.  So if she's heading off into trouble, it's good; if not, the picture and the text aren't complimenting each other.
